Deposits
A deposit of 20% is required to reserve your safari space. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for the initial deposit.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance within two weeks of making a deposit, as we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason.

Payments
You will be invoiced upon making a reservation.

Full payment is due 90 days prior to the first land day of the trip.

Cancellation & Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Usari Safaris & Tours Ltd. At the time we receive the cancellation, refunds will be issued less the following charges:

91 days or more before departure: Cancellation fees equal the amount of your deposit

90 to 61 days before departure: 50% of the package price is non-refundable

60 to 46 days before departure: 65% of the package price is non-refundable

45 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price is non-refundable

Within 90 days prior to departure, cancellation fees will apply. You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, or other service providers due to cancellation of your original bookings.

Please note: No partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers, or any other services.

Usari Safaris & Tours Ltd reserves the right to increase tour prices in the event of cost changes due to airfares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. We also reserve the right to alter itineraries without notice.

Additional Notes
Usari Safaris & Tours Ltd is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparing for your trip (e.g., visa fees, immunizations, insurance, equipment, etc.) or for additional travel arrangements should you depart from home before the group departure date.
